KFF 2024 RV INFORMATION
RESERVED RV SITES
General Information
There are a total of 108 RV sites at Quiet Valley Ranch available for rent during festivals. 58 of these sites are in the Main RV Section and offer water + electricity + sewer connections. The Main RV Section is typically for larger Class A or Class C rigs and offers 30A electric service, with a limited number of sites offering 50A service. Sites in the Main RV section are $750 for 18 days or $50/night.
There are 34 RV sites located in the Meadow RV section (most Meadow sites are for rigs 25' and under, although a few can accommodate up to 35') and have water + 30A electricity connections. Meadow RV sites are $660 for 18 days, or $40/night. Wastewater tank pump-out service is available through a private septic service provider who charges $100/pump.
Additionally (and NEW IN 2024!) there are 16 new RV sites located in our B-Lot Parking area. These sites offer water and a 30A outlet; they do not have a sewer connection. These sites can accommodate rigs up to 30' in length. Wastewater tank pump-out service is available through a private septic service provider who charges $100/pump.
All RV sites in the regular campground offer an optional 18-day Tow Vehicle Permit for $10/day (or $120 for 18 days) that allows ONE vehicle to be parked in your site PROVIDED IT FITS WITHIN THE LINES OF YOUR SITE. Tow vehicles cannot block the roadway and will be subject to towing at the owner's expense if not properly parked.
Advance reservations are required for all RV sites. RV reservation fees DO NOT include festival tickets. Festival tickets must already be purchased for each day of an RV reservation.
Important Dates
Festival RV site reservations are taken at certain times of year only and preference is given to those requesting 18-day reservations. Folks who had an 18-day RV site reservation for the previous Kerrville Folk Festival have the first right of refusal to rent the same RV site during the following year's KFF. These site reservations must pay in full by March 4, 2024. If a reservation payment has not been received by 3/5/24, the site will become available to the next person on the RV waiting list requesting an 18-day reservation. The KFFF Office will begin taking reservations for less than 18-days beginning April 15, 2024. (These RV pivot dates are scheduled a little later this year because of the Kerrclipse Music Festival in early April. Next season we plan to shift the RV pivot dates back to Feb/March.)

Don't Give Up!
Sometimes RV patrons elect to go home early, leaving a site otherwise empty during the Festival. This means there are sometimes last minute RV spots that become available for a period of days during the festival. If you would like to be placed on this stand-by waiting list, sign up on the 2024 KFF RV waitlist available on the KFF 2024 ticketing page.. We will give you a call if something opens up. (This could be right before or even during the festival.)

ALSO, we are currently making moves to offer 12 new RV sites in the B-Lot "Overflow" parking area by KFF 2024, so there should be additional opportunities for RV site reservations by mid-spring. Join our email news list to receive notifications.

CAMPGROUND RVs
Any rig on wheels entering the campground (without a paid RV site reservation) is subject to a Sleeper Vehicle Permit. Folks without a paid RV site, who intend to use a vehicle or trailer (or anything with an axle) as their campsite (RV, trailer, pop-up, van, or truck with camper shell, etc.) must purchase a Sleeper Vehicle Permit at the campground entrance station (Mix Master). A Sleeper Vehicle Permit is a flat rate of $40 for rigs less 18ft. or less in length and $50 for rigs longer than 18ft. A Sleeper Vehicle Permit remains valid as long as the vehicle stays stationary in the campground and it does not include electricity use. If the vehicle or trailer leaves the campground, an additional Sleeper Vehicle Permit will be required for EACH re-entry.

NO GENERATORS in the campground. There are several areas throughout the campground that have access to 110V electrical outlets and a water spigot. These areas are NOT RESERVABLE and are available on a first-come first-served basis. A 50ft. (max) exterior extension cord may be used to run low amperage devices and appliances. NO cord splitting or outlet sharing. Electric permits are required for all outlets, standard electric permit rates apply. All RVs must be within 50' of outlet. In order to connect to a water spigot, a splitter must be provided so that everyone may access the water spigot. Water is free : )
