Details - The 17th Annual Music Camp for Teens will be held at Quiet Valley Ranch July 21-25 in Kerrville, Texas. A faculty of top music professionals teach and inspire 60-75 young people ages 13-18 with courses in songwriting, creative writing, music foundation, and performance skills as well as helping campers realize and find their individual voices. Activities include daily workshops, nightly open mics with group and individual performances, and a canoe trip on the Guadalupe River. Along with the core faculty, there is a team of staff members, including professionals from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bandera County, medical professionals, and a group of dedicated volunteers. This camp is a highly motivational and safe environment with a special emphasis on encouraging respect for others. Our artist instructor staff this year includes Paul Pearcy, Halley Neal, Zach Jewell, George Garza, Sam Paul, Ken Gaines, Bill Oliver and Jena Kirkpatrick.
Camping at Quiet Valley Ranch is probably the best way to experience the scenic Hill Country and the magic of the 2024 Kerrville Music Camp for Teens. Some of the best music will be heard by our campers and artist instructors at the campgrounds in the evening. Warm showers and clean toilet facilities are located throughout the campgrounds.
