Come explore Quiet Valley Ranch each Sunday morning during the Kerrville Folk Festival. These moderately strenuous walks ascend Sumac Ridge for sweeping views of creek and river valleys, plunge into the grassy Big Meadow, climb Chapel Hill, encircle much of the campground, then return to the place of beginning. Participants learn the property’s geology, landform, plants, critters, and cultural history.

 

Please wear sturdy shoes and a hat and bring water for these 55-minute adventures.
